Monitor vacancies & ensure they are adequately filled within the Talent Acquisition KPIs of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hiredMonitor incoming resumes through different sources, screening & classify the CVs according to Specialization, Experience, etcCommunicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, probation period, transfersAdvises the company for decisions to participate in employment fairs events, attend & represent the company in such targeted fairs, giving applicants information on the company & the vacancies as well as career paths in the companyEnsure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talentHandling all Talent Acquisitions reportsAssess and evolve organizational structures to support strategic growthDevelop & update Job Description & Organization Chart regularlyConduct exit interviews with resigned employees to discuss and analyze resignation reasons and Retaining EmployeesRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant +3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition SpecialistExperience with Hiring Tech/IT PositionsStart-up experience preferredVery Good / Excellent command of English.
