We need a hunter who understands the IT distribution and systems integration landscape in Egypt.As a TA Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to our Technical Directors and Sales Managers. You will be responsible for closing niche technical roles (CCIE, VCP, Pre-sales Engineers) while simultaneously managing volume hiring for our retail sales force and support teams.Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment (Tactical & Strategic)Niche Technical Hiring: Lead the search for Network Engineers, Security Architects, Virtualization Specialists, and Pre-sales Consultants. You must know where these candidates hide and how to speak their language.Volume Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment cycles for IT Support, Call Center agents, and Retail Sales staff.Pipeline Management: Proactively build talent pools for hard-to-fill certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, VMware) before the requisition is opened. Sourcing & HeadhuntingMove beyond standard job posts. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Egydata, Wuzzuf, and niche tech communities to headhunt passive talent.Implement employee referral programs to leverage the existing network of our 200+ employees. Stakeholder ManagementAct as a consultant to hiring managers. Challenge unrealistic requirements and educate them on market realities (salary benchmarks and availability of specific certifications in Egypt).Facilitate technical assessments and coordinate panel interviews with C-level executives. Data & ReportingProvide weekly metrics on Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness to the HR Manager.Key Competencies & SkillsIT Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must know the difference between a Switch, a Router, a Firewall, and a Server. You must be able to screen a CV for "CCNA" vs "CCNP" accurately.Agility: The IT market moves fast.
