Talent Acquisition Specialist (EAMEI - 50%)Sourcing & Screening: Use modern sourcing techniques and AI-powered tools to discover, attract, and screen candidates for diverse roles across the EAMEI region.Candidate Experience: Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications, ensuring every applicant receives a warm, professional, and transparent experience.Recruitment Drive Support: Help organize, coordinate, and run collaboration with Hiring Agencies and Graduates Hirings.Collaborate & Consult: Actively communicate and align with regional HR teams and Hiring Managers to understand resource needs and share candidate feedback.Special Projects: Participate in global and regional HR projects, exploring innovative ways to optimize recruitment processes.AI Integration: Actively research, test, and implement AI tools into daily TA workflows (sourcing, candidate outreach, and interview coordination) to boost efficiency. Employer Branding Creative (EAMEI - 50%)Content Creation: Craft engaging social media copy and design eye-catching visuals (primarily for LinkedIn) that celebrate our culture, green energy missions, and diversity initiatives.Graphic & Asset Design: Utilize graphic design platforms to create presentations, banners, and digital collateral that align with Air Liquide’s visual identity.University Relations: Plan, coordinate, and represent Air Liquide at university career fairs and campus events, inspiring the next generation of talent.Diverse Representation: Actively highlight our commitment to female empowerment and diversity in the workplace through employee spotlights and support with EB strategy for AMEI.___________________Are you a MATCH?We are looking for recent graduates with a dynamic energy, a creative spark, and a passion for people.Education: A fresh graduate (Class of 2025 or 2026) from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic track record (high GPA). You hold a degree in Business, Commercial, Arts, or Psychology—ideally with a focus on HR, or a postgraduate HR Diploma.Tech-Savvy & Future-Focused: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You are naturally curious about AI tools and excited to integrate them into your daily work.Creative Eye: Experience with social media content creation is highly appreciated.Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
