About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading multinational organization within the industrial, engineering, automation, and technology sector.This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across technical, engineering, commercial, and corporate functions while supporting business growth and workforce planning initiatives across the region.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer management and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights.Source, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlist qualified talent.Manage recruitment activities for technical, engineering, project management, sales, operations, and corporate functions.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Lead stakeholder communications and provide regular recruitment updates, market intelligence, and hiring progress reports.Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums.Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, processes, and local labor regulations.Utilize recruitment systems and analytics to track hiring performance, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.Support and mentor junior recruitment team members while contributing to overall team success.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience within multinational organizations.Previous experience recruiting for engineering, industrial, manufacturing, automation, energy, technology, or related sectors is highly preferred.Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting capabilities.Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.Fluent in English; Arabic.What We OfferOpportunity to join a leading multinational organization with a strong global presence.Exposure to regional and international recruitment projects.Career development and growth opportunities within a global organization.
