Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HRBPs to collect, consolidate, and analyze data for Talent Review Meetings (TRMs).Co-facilitate TRMs with HRBPs and business leaders, ensuring effective 9-box talent differentiation discussions led by senior leadership.Collaborate with the Group Talent Team to support and co-facilitate Talent Assessment Centers (TACs).Conduct feedback and debrief sessions with nominated employees based on TAC results.Develop and implement talent action plans, including: Succession planning, Promotion plans, Retention strategies, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)Monitor and report progress on talent plans to ensure pipeline readiness and timely corrective actions.Lead Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) in collaboration with HRBPs to align development priorities with business needs.Drive the implementation and activation of Group learning solutions, systems (LMS), and programs (e.g., GDP, MDP, Internships).Design and deliver technical and vocational training programs (TVET), inductions, and functional learning journeys.Develop the technical skills dictionary for functions across the organization.Build and manage the annual L&D calendar, ensuring effective rollout and impact measurement.Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to co-develop learning solutions.Promote and embed the Group Competency Model across the organization.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices; act as a subject matter expert in learning strategies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).5–8+ years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development.Strong experience in Talent Reviews, 9-box grids, and competency frameworks.Proven track record in designing and delivering learning programs.Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Experience working with LMS platforms and talent tools.Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD).Experience in large, matrix organizations or multinational environments.Exposure to assessment centers and psychometric tools.
