The role involves building a sustainable talent pipeline to support the company’s expansion.Implement an effective recruitment process to attract top talent in the real estate industry.Source and screen candidates through various channels.Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions.Manage the on boarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles and opportunities for growth and development.Participate in having a solid succession planning and talent management program.Assist with HR projects and initiatives.Education and Most Common Work Experience RequestedBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.3-5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 1-2 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
