The Talent Sourcing Specialist – Frontline Hiring plays a key role in supporting high-volume retail hiring by sourcing, screening, and engaging frontline (FL) candidates at scale.ROLE PROFILESource and identify frontline candidates using high-volume, retail-appropriate sourcing channels including store QR codes, walk-ins, job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and local partnerships.Build and maintain pipelines of frontline talent aligned with store demand, seasonal peaks, and attrition forecasts.Support mass hiring initiatives, new store openings, and urgent operational requirements.Screen frontline applicants against defined operational, behavioral, and cultural criteria.Actively support and attend batch days, open days, and assessment events to engage and screen frontline candidates.Ensure positive candidate experience during high-volume hiring events.Effectively utilize SAP SuccessFactors and related sourcing tools (e.g. Phenom) to manage applicant data, track sourcing activity, and build frontline talent pools.Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and the Frontline Sourcing team to align sourcing activity with workforce plans and store hiring priorities.Requirements1 to 3 years experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or HR Operations within Retail or other high-volume hiring environments.Hands-on experience screening and managing large volumes of frontline applicants.Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (SAP SuccessFactors / Phenom preferred).Comfortable engaging candidates in-person at stores, batch days, and community events.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
