Job Responsibilities:-Contribute to maximizing bank’s profitability from the portfolio under the desk.-Perform continuous assessment to the set action plans and take any decisions needed to achieve targets.-Cascade budgets to subordinates in the desks.-Approve credit limits jointly with risk officers within the assigned delegation.-Contribute to increase loans & deposits volumes in the portfolio under the desk.-Assign budget received from Head of Large Corporate Division to subordinates based on internal capacities and Banks Management policies and vision.-Ensure preparation of proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs.-Ensure that team members are well aware of internal & external (CBE) credit procedures and regulation.-Minimize overdue ratios in the desk.-Ensure that the team is well trained and aware of customer service.-Regular meetings with Key customers in their desk and obtain their feedback.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:-Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Banking.-Solid experience in corporate credit with specific focus managing large corporate clients.-Strong awareness of Macro Economics.-High Marketing Skills.-Budgeting & organizing.-High interpersonal and communication skills.-Solid Negotiation skills.-High presentation skills.
