We are currently hiring for a Team Lead Site Engineer – Electrical to join our team at Hassan Allam Holding.If you have strong experience in electrical substations and are looking for your next leadership role in major construction projects, this could be a great opportunity.🔹 Key Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical construction projects.Proven hands-on experience in substations (MV/LV/HV).Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and project timelines.Solid understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.🔹 Responsibilities:Lead and supervise electrical site activities.Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and timelines.Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders on-site.Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Manage and guide site engineers and technicians.
