We are seeking an experienced HSE Senior Supervisor to join our team and lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives in our construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management within the construction industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and enforce corrective measures.Oversee incident investigation processes and report findings to senior management, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.Provide training and resources to employees on HSE regulations, practices, and emergency procedures.Collaborate with project managers to assess health and safety risks for new projects and ensure appropriate control measures are in place.Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for executive management and stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.RequirementsBachelor's degree in occupational health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in HSE management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and accident investigations.Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
