Role Description This full-time, on-site Team Leader | Senior Property Consultant role is based in Cairo. The role involves leading a team of real estate consultants, guiding them in setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating property opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering consultations, and staying updated on market trends. The chosen candidate will also support and mentor team members to enhance performance while securing property transactions aligned with client needs. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to support and guide team members in achieving collective goals.Proven expertise in real estate consulting, client relationship management, and conducting property evaluations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for maintaining positive client interactions.Knowledge of the real estate market in Cairo and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends effectively.Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for task management and property listing platforms is a plus.Driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; additional certifications in real estate are an advantage.
