Role Description We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Senior Property Consultants or Property Consultants. In this full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, you will be responsible for providing expert real estate consultancy services to clients. Your daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting property viewings, and managing the end-to-end sales or leasing process. Maintaining strong client relationships and staying updated on market trends will be critical to achieving success in this role. Qualifications Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with experience in property sales, leasing, or investments preferredEffective Communication and interpersonal skills to address client needs and facilitate successful transactionsStrong Customer Service abilities to build and maintain long-term relationships with clientsSolid Sales experience, including negotiation and closing skillsIn-depth understanding of the real estate market, ideally in Cairo, and familiarity with relevant property tools and platformsSelf-motivated and result-oriented mindset with a proactive approachProficiency in multiple languages is a plusBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
