What will you be doing?Product Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to product strategy with a technical perspective.Help scope features, estimate timelines, and define MVP vs future phasesLead and mentor a team of app developers and QA/QC testersConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersWrite high-quality, production-ready code Develop and maintain the app’s architecture, ensuring scalability and performanceDesign scalable backend systems (APIs, databases, integrations)Oversee the integration of ERP and POS systems into the appSet up CI/CD pipelines and development workflowsImplement best practices in software development, including security, quality assurance and version control.Ensure data security and compliance where neededLead technical decision-making and trade-offsStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future developments Ensure timely and efficient delivery of featuresWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of Software development, with focus on mobile or web applications; preferably, experience in FMCG or F&B industries.Strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and databases (e.g., SQL) Proven experience of working on Flutter projectsPrevious experience integrating ERP and POS systems is a plus.Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageousAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.At Lychee, we value the unique strengths each individual brings, fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace that thrives on varied perspectives.
