DSDB | DStudios Design & Beyond is an Architecture & Interior Design firm specializing in residential, commercial, corporate, and hospitality projects.Key Responsibilities• Prepare architectural and interior technical drawings and detailed design packages.• Develop construction details, shop drawings, and execution drawings.• Coordinate architectural, interior, structural, and MEP requirements.• Review and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.• Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.• Participate in site visits, coordination meetings, and technical reviews.Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.• 3–5 years of relevant experience.• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).• Good proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer (Mandatory).• Revit knowledge is highly preferred.• Must own a personal laptop capable of running architectural software.• Ability to work from DSDB's office in Heliopolis.
