Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building automation, smart home systems, or system integration, with a strong focus on the hospitality sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments).Leverage existing relationships and connections with hotel decision-makers to drive sales.Promote and sell building automation systems, smart home solutions, and integrated systems.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience in:Building Automation Systems (BMS)Smart Home SolutionsSystem IntegrationProven experience working within the hospitality sector is a must.Strong network and connections within hotels and hospitality businesses.Excellent technical and sales skills.
