Job Purpose:The Technical Lead provides end‑to‑end technical leadership across frontend (React, Vue) and backend (PHP/Laravel) teams, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑performing applications. The role focuses on architectural direction, engineering excellence, and guiding developers toward best practices. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner, overseeing progress and technical execution without directly running Agile ceremonies.
