Client & Stakeholder ManagementAttend client meetings and provide technical consultations.Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers.Support sales and business development teams in technical discussions and tender submissions.Maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.5. Quality, Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with electrical standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.Implement quality assurance procedures for engineering and project activities.Review technical documentation, reports, and commissioning records.Monitor system performance and reliability. 7–12+ years of experience in power solutions, electrical systems, or energy projects.Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong experience in UPS, batteries, solar systems, generators, and commissioning activities.
