Technical Office Architect

Develop and prepare detailed drawings:Produce comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and high-quality drawings.Collaborate with architects and engineers to accurately translate design intent into technical documentation.Conduct technical reviews and coordination:Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of building systems.Identify and resolve potential conflicts or discrepancies in the design documentation.prepare of bills of quantities and tender documentsEnsure compliance with regulations:Stay abreast of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to the project.Verify that design solutions adhere to all applicable codes and requirements.Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities.Provide technical support during construction:Respond to technical queries from contractors and construction teams.Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design intent.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and addres Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical office role, Working in banking sector projects is an advantageSoftware Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and methods.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information.Problem-solving: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to producing accurate and high-quality work.Teamwork: Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
