Responsibilities* Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.* Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.* Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness.* Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.* Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation.* Ensure all technical documentation complies with project standards and client requirements.* Participate in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.* Review and track variations, claims, and change orders. Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.* 3 to 5 years of experience in construction companies (contracting is a must).* Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.* Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD is a must – additional tools are a plus).* Good understanding of construction standards and regulations.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
