Create detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resource loading.​Track daily/weekly progress on-site and update the project schedule to reflect actual versus planned performance.​Analyze resource requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials) and identify potential bottlenecks or shortages.​Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports.​Identify causes of delays, perform "What-if" scenarios, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.Act as a bridge between the site execution team and the management to ensure alignment with project milestones. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering  or Architecture.[3-5] years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction / realestate sector.Good command of  AutoCAD,  Primavera P6 or MS Projects.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dashboards, formulas, etc.).Attention to details.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
