Technical Office Engineer – Exhibition & Event Production

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to oversee the technical lifecycle of exhibition booth production. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and the factory, ensuring that every structure is safe, buildable, and finished to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:Shop Drawings: Create precise 2D/3D technical drawings for factory production and on-site assembly.Material Management: Source and specify materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Factory Supervision: Follow up on the production line to ensure designs are executed according to the approved technical specs.Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate BOQs and technical reports for each project.Site Coordination: Supervise the installation phase to ensure seamless assembly at event venues. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Applied Arts, or Mechanical Engineering.Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in Exhibition Booths or Fit-out production.Skills: Strong knowledge of joinery, metalwork, and electrical integration within temporary structures.Attributes: High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight event deadlines.
