We're Hiring | Technical Office Engineer I-Material is looking for a talented Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Cairo and contribute to the delivery of high-end architectural and interior finishing projects.Key RequirmentsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or related field. • 2-5 years of experience in technical office, architectural finishes, interior fit-out, FF&E, decorative metal works, glass, mirrors, cladding, partitions, or luxury interior projects. • Experience working on hospitality, commercial, residential, retail, mixed-use, or mega projects. • Familiarity with luxury finishing materials, decorative surfaces, and custom-made products.Technical Skills • AutoCAD (2D shop drawings and detailing). • Revit (BIM modeling and coordination). • 3ds Max • SketchUp (preferred). • Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Industry KnowledgeThe ideal candidate should understand: • Glass systems and decorative glass applications. • Mirrors and custom mirror installations. • Decorative metal works (stainless steel, brass, aluminum, powder coating, PVD finishes). • Wall cladding systems and decorative wall finishes. • FF&E products and custom furniture. • Partitions, doors, screens, canopies, skylights, and architectural features. • Material specifications, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.Key Responsibilities • Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. • Develop detailed drawings for mirrors, partitions, cladding, furniture, decorative metal works, and custom architectural elements. • Review project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. • Prepare material submittals and technical submittals. • Conduct site measurements when required. • Support production, procurement, and installation teams with technical details. • Create 3D models and renderings for project presentations and client approvals. • Ensure drawings comply with consultant and project requirements.Preferred Professional BackgroundExperience in companies specializing in: • Luxury interior fit-out. • Architectural metal works. • Glass and aluminum systems. • Hospitality projects (hotels and resorts). • High-end residential developments. • FF&E manufacturing or custom furniture production.📍 Location: 6th October Industrial Zone Giza, EgyptFull-time | On-siteIf you're passionate about architectural detailing, premium finishes, and delivering exceptional projects, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply by sending your CV to [aly.hassan@gmail.com] or apply through LinkedIn.
