The position involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings, solving drawings conflicts, technical support for site teams, preparing current and final invoices, material submittals and coordinating works with site team. The Technical Office Engineer will collaborate with project teams, ensuring accuracy in technical documentation and assisting with project execution. Responsibilities also include coordinating between civil and electrical engineering designs to meet project requirements effectively.QualificationsStrong understanding of BOQ preparation and project cost estimation5 years of experience minimum in Retail and High end residential fitout field.Educational background in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureAttention to detail and the ability to analyze technical documentsProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in relevant software tools is an advantage
