Business Development & Lead Generation: Actively scout, visit, and map active construction projects, infrastructure developments, and contracting companies to build a robust sales pipeline.Technical Consulting & Solutions Selling: Assess customer requirements on-site and recommend the correct Fischer fixing solutions (Mechanical Anchors, Chemical Anchoring Systems, Firestop Solutions, or Installation Grid Systems).On-Site Testing & Support: Coordinate or conduct on-site product demonstrations and pull-out tests to verify product performance and build engineering trust with clients.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with project managers, procurement officers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) subcontractors, and site engineers. Quotation & Contract Negotiation: Prepare professional commercial offers, follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close sales deals.Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with the internal Technical Office Engineering team to utilize certified design software (like FiXperience / Install-FIX) to provide structural load calculations and complete bills of materials (BOM) to clients.Payment Collection & Financial Discipline: Monitor client payment schedules and ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, providing regular feedback and pipeline reports to management. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to read engineering layouts and understand site blueprints.Self-motivated and highly disciplined in managing field visits and daily reporting.
