UPS Ltd. combines practical experience with strong technical support to provide reliable products, services, and long-term value.Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Office Engineer to join our Water Infrastructure Instrumentation and Control team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background and technical office experience in the water and wastewater industry. The successful candidate will engage with clients to identify their technical needs, develop competitive proposals, and present innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Liaise between sales team and clients’ post-initial meetings to assess their technical requirements and requests.Tender Management: Analyze tenders and technical specifications to formulate comprehensive technical and financial proposals.Solution Development: Create innovative integrated solutions utilizing various products from our vendor network to meet client needs.Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys country wide to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and project conditions.Proposal Submission: Prepare and submit technical offers to the pre-sales head for final approval.Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating optimal pricing for proposals.Database Management: Update and expand the database of suppliers and vendors in local and international markets.Technical Presentations: Present technical offers to clients as needed.Technology Research: Investigate new technologies from partners and vendors, as well as competitor products and specifications.Continuous Learning: Participate in courses and seminars to enhance technical knowledge.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.Experience:2-4 years in the Water & Wastewater industry.2-4 years in Instrumentation and Control disciplines.Technical Skills: Knowledge of instrumentation & control systems methodologies, applications, and technologies.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments.Reporting & Presentation: Excellent reporting and presentation abilities.Work Ethic: Ability to perform under pressure, strong research capabilities, and adept negotiation skills.Self-Motivation: Proactive team player committed to delivering results.
