Technical Office Manager Overall Management: Lead the Egypt Overseas Technical Office operations, including all technical and drafting teams.Requirements. Project Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for UAE project teams, coordinating technical instructions and deliverables. Monitor project-specific schedules and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate drawing production. Technical Oversight: Supervise complex technical issues across Structural & Bridge and Utilities & Roads teams. Approve major drawing outputs, ensure compliance with UAE and international standards. Team Leadership: Establish team structure, roles, and responsibilities Mentor and develop mid- and junior-level engineers to enhance technical capability. Quality and Process Control: Implement office-wide drafting standards, workflows, and review proceduresEnsure all drawings and technical documents meet required quality and accuracy standards.RequirementsJob Special Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering. Experience:- Minimum 12-18 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.- Strong track record of managing engineering or technical drafting teams, preferably in overseas projects or Middle East region. Technical Skills:- Deep understanding of structural engineering, bridge, underground works, and utilities design.- Familiarity with international and UAE codes and standards (Eurocode, BS, AASHTO, DM, RTA, DEWA). Software Proficiency:Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and project management software. Management Competencies:- Proven leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
