Lead and supervise Technical Office, Procurement, Planning, and Cost Control teams to ensure full project technical and commercial compliance.Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and technical designs to ensure alignment with project specifications and codes.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project schedules in coordination with planning team and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.Support procurement by approving technical specifications, supplier evaluations, and material compliance with project standards.Review project budgets, cost reports, variations, and claims with cost control team to maintain financial efficiency.Ensure accurate documentation, technical reports, project logs, and drawing registers are maintained.Participate in contract reviews, technical negotiations, and value engineering to reduce project cost without affecting quality.Conduct regular technical coordination meetings with site, design, procurement, and planning departments.Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards, engineering specifications, and quality control procedures.Provide technical recommendations and reporting to Project Director and senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.A Master’s degree in Engineering Management or PMP certification is preferred.12–15 years of experience in technical office, commercial, projects control,with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.Previous experience within the real estate sector and residential projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent technical knowledge in shop drawings, BOQs, design coordination, and material specifications.Advanced planning, scheduling, and analytical skills with ability to detect delays and corrective actions.Strong cost control and value engineering capabilities to optimize project budgets without affecting quality.High accuracy and attention to detail in technical documentation and project records.Proficiency in engineering and planning software (AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera/MS Project, ERP systems).Effective communication, reporting, and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Problem-solving and decision-making skills with high technical judgment.
