Prepare, develop, and revise civil shop drawings in accordance with approved design drawings, project specifications, and standards.Use Revit to produce accurate and coordinated models and drawings, ensuring clash-free and constructible details.Coordinate civil drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve conflicts and discrepancies.Review consultant drawings and identify missing details, inconsistencies, or constructability issues.Prepare and update drawings based on site feedback, RFIs, and approved changes.Issue construction drawings and revisions to site teams in line with the project schedule.Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.Support the Technical Office team in reviewing material submittals and method statements related to civil works.Respond to technical queries from site engineers and provide clarification as required.Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.Coordinate with project managers, planners, and site teams to ensure drawings meet execution requirements.Ensure all drawings comply with quality standards, codes, and contractual requirements.Participate in technical meetings and coordination sessions when required. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .3-5 years of experience in technical office work within real estate development or contracting companies for residential projects.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices for residential projects.Proficiency in Revit for modeling and producing detailed civil/shop drawings.Good command of AutoCAD and familiarity with drawing standards and layer management.Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Solid understanding of construction details, specifications, and BOQs.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing drawings.Good problem-solving skills to address design and coordination issues.Effective communication skills to coordinate with consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple drawing packages and meet deadlines.Familiarity with document control procedures and revision management.
