Design Review & Shop DrawingsReview consultant mechanical designs for technical accuracy and feasibility.Prepare detailed shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).Raise RFIs/RFPs for missing or unclear information.Material SubmittalsPrepare mechanical material submittals (data sheets, catalogs, compliance sheets).Ensure materials match specifications, submit them to Document Control (DC), and follow up for consultant approval.Mechanical Team CoordinationCoordinate with the mechanical team on shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting.Ensure consistency and alignment between all mechanical trades before MEP coordination and submission.Quantity TakeoffPerform accurate quantity takeoff for all mechanical components shown in shop drawings.Calculate material quantities (ducts, pipes, fittings, valves, equipment, etc.).Ensure quantity takeoff aligns with project specifications.Support procurement by providing clear material lists for purchasing and execution. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering0–3 years' experience in Technical OfficeStrong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systemsGood understanding and hands-on experience with RFI/RFP/RASExcellent communication & analytical skillsStrong English skills
