Job Purpose:Technical Office Team Leader is responsible for leading the technical office team to ensure accurate design coordination, cost control, and smooth project execution from design stage through construction.Job Responsibilities:Review and approve all technical submissions, shop drawing, materials, MOS & etc.Ensure design compliance with project specifications, codes, and contractual requirements.Review all in/ outing contractor`s invoices and validate invoices with the finance team.Review and verify quantities, BOQs, and cost breakdown submitted by contractor.Prepare and analyze Vos and claims.Participate in progress meetings, technical risks and propose plan.Manage the workflow of approval stakeholders.Ensure all technical documents (dwg. & RFI) are properly logged and archived.Job Requirements:Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering.12+ years of experience, Real Estate Developer or Construction experience is a must.Proven experience in a senior or leadership role.Strong knowledge of construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).Extensive experience in shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity surveying.Solid understanding of contracts and claims (FIDIC is a plus).Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (Primavera, Revit are advantages).Experience in tendering, procurement, and cost control.Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
