Technical Procurement Manager

The Technical Procurement Manager will lead the procurement operations ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of technical materials and services necessary for project execution. This position requires close collaboration with project teams to understand technical requirements and to deliver procurement solutions that align with project schedules and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement activities for technical materials and services in line with project timelines and budget constraintsIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectivenessNegotiate terms and contracts with vendors to secure favorable conditionsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications and procurement requirementsEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement processMonitor supplier performance and maintain positive relationships for continuous improvement and risk mitigationManage procurement documentation, including tender documents, purchase orders, and contractsOversee the procurement team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve departmental goalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum 7-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or development sectorStrong knowledge of technical procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiationProven experience managing procurement for large-scale projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsProficiency in procurement software and ERP systemsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
