We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager -  Demo Programs, to help scale Recorded Future’s global demo and technical enablement programs while supporting go-to-market execution across LATAM. This role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product, translating complex cybersecurity capabilities into compelling demonstrations, technical narratives, and field-ready enablement. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building demos, enabling sales teams, and supporting product launches across a fast-growing intelligence platform. What You'll Do:Demo Programs & Technical StorytellingBuild and maintain interactive product demonstrations using demo automation platforms Develop scalable demo environments that support global sales teams and customer educationTranslate technical product capabilities into clear demo narratives and walkthroughsSupport new product launches with scalable demo assetsPartner with Product and R&D to relay regional feedback and influence roadmap prioritiesTechnical Content & EnablementTranslate product capabilities into demonstrations that highlight customer outcomes and journey, business value, and real-world workflows across the security lifecycleCreate and maintain technically accurate sales assets including pitch decks, product sheets, solution briefs, and competitive battlecardsDevelop and deliver product training programs for regional sales and sales engineering teamsBuild and maintain sales playbooks with market-specific insights, use cases, and competitive intelligenceGo-to-Market Strategy (LATAM)Adapt demos and enablement materials for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking marketsPartner with regional leadership to support product adoption and solution storytelling across LATAMSupport go-to-market execution for product launches across LATAM marketsContribute regional insights and customer feedback to global product and marketing teamsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field4+ years of technical marketing, product marketing, or sales engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on Latin American marketsFluent in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency required); Portuguese a plusStrong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience collaborating with sales engineering, presales, or technical sales teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills across time zones and culturesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, B2B SaaS, or similar industriesFamiliarity with LATAM business culture and enterprise buying dynamicsHands-on experience building demos, click-through tours, or technical proof-of-concept materialsFamiliarity with demo automation platforms such as Consensus, Reprise, Walnut, or NavatticUnderstanding of security operations workflows, SOC environments, or intelligence-driven security programsStrategic thinking with strong tactical executionAbility to travel 20–30% of the time The base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$162,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
