You will be responsible for making sure projects actually move and get delivered.You will:Own delivery across multiple active projects (web + mobile)Turn unclear ideas into structured tasks and plansManage developers, designers, and QA on a daily basisRun sprints and track real progress (not fake updates)Identify issues early and solve them before they escalatePush the team and hold people accountableCommunicate clearly with leadership and occasionally clients This is not a coordination role. You are expected to think, decide, and drive execution.
