About the RoleWe are looking to hire two Technical Purchasing Engineers to join our procurement team—one with a Mechanical Engineering background and one with an Electrical Engineering background. Key ResponsibilitiesReview technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to identify suitable materials and equipmentSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value (cost, quality, and delivery)Prepare and issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and analyze vendor offersCollaborate with engineering, project, and maintenance teams to ensure technical complianceManage purchase orders and track delivery schedulesEnsure purchased items meet required standards and specificationsDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationshipsMonitor market trends, pricing, and new technologiesSupport cost reduction and value engineering initiatives For Mechanical Position:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materialsExperience with industrial equipment, fabrication, or maintenance procurement is a plusFor Electrical Position:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power EngineeringSolid understanding of electrical systems, panels, cables, and instrumentationExperience with electrical components procurement is preferred2–5 years of experience in technical purchasing or procurementStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with Odoo systems is an advantageFluent command of English (written and spoken)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
