We are looking for a highly capable Technical Recruiter / Technical Software Engineer to help us recruit, assess, and validate software engineering candidates.This role is not limited to sourcing candidates. The ideal person must be able to thoroughly screen applicants, evaluate their technical depth, verify their real capabilities, and assess their English fluency to ensure only strong candidates move forward.You will be responsible for managing the recruiting and evaluation process for software engineering talent, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, communication quality, and independent verification.Key Responsibilities:Source and identify strong software engineering candidatesConduct initial screening interviewsEvaluate candidates’ technical background and real hands-on abilityAssess spoken and written English fluency and ensure candidates can communicate clearly and professionallyAdminister technical assessments, coding tasks, and screening testsPersonally verify candidate test submissions for quality, correctness, and authenticityConfirm that candidates have genuinely passed the required evaluation criteria before recommending themFilter out weak, exaggerated, or non-genuine applicantsMaintain a high hiring bar and only present thoroughly vetted candidates Strong technical background in software engineering or computer sciencePrior experience in technical recruiting, technical interviewing, or engineering candidate assessmentAbility to understand and evaluate software engineering skills across common stacks such as Python, JavaScript, backend systems, APIs, and related technologiesStrong ability to independently review coding tests and validate whether a candidate truly meets the required standardExcellent written and spoken EnglishMust be able to assess whether a candidate’s English is fluent and work-readyStrong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to detect weak or misleading candidate performanceOrganized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple candidates efficientlyIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate is someone who combines technical engineering understanding with strong recruiting judgment.
