As a member of the European Bentonite Association (EUBA) and IMA-Europe, RPMinerals is committed to quality, reliability, and long-term industry partnerships.Role Description Develop and manage relationships with international customers and distributors.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, and market research.Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, and manage the sales process from inquiry to order.Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.Follow up on customer inquiries, shipments, and after-sales support.Represent RPMinerals in online meetings, international exhibitions, and business events.Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and ERP systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.2–3 years of experience in Export Sales or B2B Sales.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.A proactive, organized, and self-driven mindset.Experience in industrial minerals, mining, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead generation and customer prospecting.Experience with CRM and ERP systems.What we offerA collaborative and international work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Exposure to customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and other global markets.Opportunities to attend international exhibitions and travel for business.If you're ready to grow your career with a global industrial minerals company, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply by sending your CV via email to ahmed.elokka@rpminerals.com
