This role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for valves, fittings, flanges, and pipeline products, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, and recommending appropriate product solutions. The Technical Sales Engineer collaborates closely with the technical support and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely deliveries, and effective resolution of customer issues. The role also involves conducting product presentations, providing basic technical training to clients, maintaining updated knowledge of product features and industry standards, and documenting sales activities in CRM or internal systems.Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and manage the full sales process.Experience in Sales and account management, including building relationships, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets.Ability to provide Technical Support related to valves, fittings, flanges, and pipeline systems, including basic troubleshooting and product selection guidance.Excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of industrial piping systems, fluid mechanics, or relevant standards (e.g., ANSI, API, DIN) is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in technical specifications and bids.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems; ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, occasionally visit customer sites, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.Professional proficiency in English and Arabic for written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
