IT Support & TroubleshootingProvide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems.Respond to helpdesk tickets and user inquiries in a timely manner.Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels when required.System & User AdministrationInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.Support email systems, Microsoft Office applications, and collaboration tools.Ensure proper setup for new employees (devices, accounts, permissions).Network & Infrastructure SupportAssist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and VPN access.Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.Monitor IT equipment and report infrastructure problems. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.2–6 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles. Pharmaceutical industry experience or manufacturing is preferred. Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Familiarity with Active Directory and user administration.Knowledge of ticketing/helpdesk systems is preferred.
