Hiring Immediately – Technical Support Agent (US Account) | CairoNehal Salah & Co is currently expanding its customer support operations and hiring Technical Support Agents to handle a US and Canadian account focused on hunting and surveillance camera products. This is a strong entry point for candidates looking to build a structured career in customer support and technical troubleshooting within an international environment.Location: Downtown Cairo (Mall El Bustan – Tahrir)Shifts: Rotational, including overnight shiftsStart Date: 18 MayTraining: Fully paid training program (5 weeks)Compensation Package:- Basic Salary: 11,500 EGP- Performance Bonus (KPIs): Up to 2,000 EGP- Transportation Allowance: 2,200 EGP- Additional internal incentives and performance-based contests- Total monthly package up to 15,700 EGPRole Overview:You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers across the US and Canada. The role focuses on providing end-to-end support, including technical troubleshooting for surveillance devices and assisting customers with billing-related inquiries. You are expected to deliver a high standard of customer experience while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and basic software functionality- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting processes- Handle billing inquiries and ensure clarity in communication- Accurately log all interactions and technical cases in the system- Escalate complex cases when required and collaborate with internal teams- Maintain consistent performance aligned with KPIs and quality standardsCandidate Profile:- English proficiency: B2 to C1 level (clear communication is critical)- Experience: 0 to 6 months in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking- Ability to manage customer interactions under pressure with professionalism- High level of adaptability to rotational and overnight shifts- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn quicklyThis role is designed for candidates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in technical support within a structured, performance-driven environment, with clear exposure to international customer handling standards.Priority will be given to candidates who apply early, as hiring is ongoing for a limited number of slots.
