This role partners closely with delivery portfolios to enhance governance, drive standardisation, and improve performance visibility. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of programmes, ensuring delivery quality through structured processes, strong reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with SAFe and hybrid delivery principles.What you will do:Collaborate with Value & Execution Leads and PMO Leads to support effective project planning, execution, and monitoringEnsure adherence to project management processes and continuously optimise PMO standardsTrack Technology Delivery milestones in real time, maintaining accurate risks and issues logsFacilitate adoption of hybrid delivery practices aligned with SAFe principlesEnhance project and programme reporting cycles to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholdersSupport financial governance by aligning reporting with corporate standardsDrive data quality and integrity across PMO tools and reporting systemsPartner with PMO & Transformation leadership to strengthen governance frameworksAssist in the development and maintenance of project plans and progress trackingHighlight risks, issues, and dependencies to support informed decision-makingSupport capacity planning and coordinate with Capacity Management teamsDeliver training sessions on PMO processes, tools, and governance practicesGenerate performance reports and provide basic analytical insightsWho you are:Must have:At least 4 years of experience in a PMO, project support, or coordination roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyClear communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with a focus on accurate reporting and trackingFoundational knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworksAbility to follow structured processes and support delivery teams in day-to-day activitiesNice to have:Experience across transformation or technology portfoliosFamiliarity with Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Automate, or Power AppsExposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar toolsUnderstanding of SAFe or Agile frameworksExperience in financial tracking or reportingNot a Perfect Fit?:Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
