The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce company projects, qualify leads, and promote real estate offerings. Responsibilities include explaining property features and benefits, answering basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments or site visits for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, updating the CRM with contact details and call outcomes, and following up with leads in a timely manner. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and brokerage teams to support campaign goals and meet or exceed call, lead, and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and respectful communication style.QualificationsStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and convey information clearly and confidently.Customer Service and Sales skills to handle inquiries, address objections, and support lead conversion in a professional manner.Appointment Scheduling skills to efficiently coordinate calls, meetings, and property visits for the sales team.Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or inside sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, manage high call volumes, and meet performance targets.Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or call-tracking systems.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer relations is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a professional phone presence.
