The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating and nurturing leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves effectively communicating with prospective students, understanding their needs, presenting relevant educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets is also a key responsibility. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally and effectively with clients.Proven abilities in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and convert prospects.Customer Support skills to address inquiries and provide assistance throughout the enrollment process.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM tools and telecommunication systems is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
