Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.Present and promote Software System to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop effective sales materials and promotional campaigns.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and open houses to represent Software Systems and expand the client base.Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on client needs, market conditions, and opportunities for growth. 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the Automotive industry and ERP systems (Odoo).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.Optional: Proficiency in CRM software for managing client information and sales activities.Willingness to work from the office and attend off-site client meetings as required.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
