Telesales (Dokki)

Contact prospective students via phone to introduce SYE Community Academy's courses and services.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.Understand students' needs and recommend suitable programs.Explain course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment targets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.Coordinate with the admissions and customer service teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing students. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related sales role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to achieve sales and enrollment targets.Good command of English; Arabic fluency is required.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to handle objections and respond to customer inquiries professionally.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to follow up with prospective students.
