Role Description The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients via calls, and presenting the company’s insurance solutions professionally. This includes building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and collaborating with the sales team to enhance client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. Qualifications Proven experience in Telesales or Sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed targetsStrong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skillsAbility to build and maintain positive client relationshipsBasic understanding of insurance offerings and services, with the willingness to learn moreProficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and telecommunication softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling client informationFluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
