By joining our team, you’ll be part of a pioneering effort to transform the future of trading.Job Responsibilities:Following up with customers regarding pending or incomplete payment transactions and assisting them in completing the payment process.Contacting potential vendors and merchants to introduce the application and our services.Convincing vendors to list their ads on the app and subscribe to available packages.Maintaining regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure subscription renewals and customer satisfaction.Recording customer interactions and updating data accurately on the system.Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer or advertiser issues when needed.Job Requirements:Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably within an e-commerce or digital platform environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to follow up consistently and close sales effectively.Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications.Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
