The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, answering inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound sales calls, maintaining and expanding client relationships, addressing customer needs, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding customer experiences.QualificationsStrong Communication and cold call skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and manage client inquiries professionally.Proficiency in telesales and providing comprehensive solutions to client concerns and questions.Ability to generate a qualified leads in SAP Business One Solution.Capacity to present company & solution to potential clients.Experience in telesales, customer-facing roles, or working with SAP Business One is an preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales especialy in ERP preferred in SAP Business One.
