Prime Agency focuses on delivering tailored marketing solutions aligned with each client’s goals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present agency services, understand business needs, and offer suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, updating customer records in the CRM, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and call KPIs. The role involves clearly explaining service features and benefits, addressing objections, and providing an excellent customer experience on every call. The Telesales Representative will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from customers, and participate in training to improve product and sales knowledge.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.Proven Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.Sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Ability to learn and apply Training related to products, services, and sales techniques, and to continuously improve performance.Comfort working with CRMs or call tracking tools and maintaining accurate records.Goal-oriented mindset, resilience when working with high call volumes, and strong time management skills.High school diploma required; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are an added plus.
