Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role is located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone calls, managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and providing detailed information regarding our services. The role also includes following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the specialist will support prospective and existing customers with their needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to grow business relations. QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to deliver exceptional experiences and resolve inquiries effectively.Proficient Communication skills to excel in verbal and written interactions with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.Proven experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed targets by building strong relationships and providing value-driven offerings.Training experience is a plus to help guide and onboard new team members effectively.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in using CRM or sales tools is an advantage.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
