In this role, you will engage with customers via live chat to provide real-time support and solutions, handle inquiries with a customer-first approach, and promote relevant products to meet customer needs. The role also involves proactive engagement in tele-sales efforts, ensuring potential customer leads are converted effectively, and assisting in training initiatives to improve team performance.Qualificationsminimum 6 Months Experience in Customer Support, ensuring the resolution of customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory mannerProven Sales and Tele-sales skills, with the ability to promote and explain products effectivelyCapability to participate in Training and skill enhancement activities for continuous improvementDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantagePrior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
